Some of you might have seen that I have a FREE resource out that I've poured my heart into. It's 5 strategies to soothe the nervous system. You'll hopefully be familiar with three of the strategies from our course. Here's the sign up page:

When I created it, I was uncertain about putting it out because it's so similar to this course. However, that's also given me the drive to improve this one. I've been planning and sketching ideas for the upgrade of our course. Rest assured that you will have access to the brand new shiny course :) as a thank you for following it right from the start. At the moment, I am thinking to add another 45 strategies here so that you have a large toolkit. My impression is also that people struggle with thoughts like "this is hopeless" or "I don't have time". Let me know what the struggle is or sticking point because that's what I will be looking at in this revision.

A reminder too, that I have Just a Minute almost daily on my facebook page - ideas for just a minute of mindfulness/mental self care/stillness.
